What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have a Standard Delivery charge of £10. Express Delivery is available at a cost of £20. If your order total is £150 or more excluding VAT you will qualify for free Standard Delivery. All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We always try our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but sometimes it can take us slightly longer. If for whatever reason your order is going to take longer we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible. Please see below for estimates.

Northern Ireland: 1-2 working days
Ireland: 2-3 working days
Mainland UK: 3-5 working days
Express delivery (NI, IRE, UK): 1-2 working days

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay using credit/debit card, PayPal or for larger orders we have partnered with Klarna to offer you more time to pay.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After we receive payment for your order it will be passed onto our warehouse team to pick. After being checked it will be packed for dispatch. Depending on where you are located we will either dispatch your order via courier or our internal van driver.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. We will send you an invoice along with your order. If you’d prefer an email copy just let us know when placing your order.
